For the most part, we had a great time. We tried ordering lunch at the Pic-A-Nic Basket on Saturday the 27th but after waiting for over a half hour for some fries and chicken tenders, we canceled our order. We discovered there were people waiting ahead of us for over an hour. Definitely not a great experience for that piece. There was also a missing board on your way up to the big blue winding waterside. Definitely could have been an issue if someone wasn't watching where they stepped. We felt overall the park was in need of some upgrades. However, the beach was great and we appreciated that the sand was raked in the morning. We also enjoyed the heated pools. My kiddos loved the big blue and yellow racing slide. Again, overall, we enjoyed our stay; just a couple issues here and there.

The park this time seemed a little different from past 5 years. Weeds growing between the cement cracks; No wave pool (we heard it’s been broken since last year!); A latter hanging close to the lazy river; the water of the lazy river was pretty dirty; Showers were ice cold close to our site; adult hot tub not functioning; one day there was nothing on the menu except hot dog baskets (pretty dry too); garbage around the hot tub left overnight. We love Jellystone and we will keep coming but some more maintenance would be appreciated!

The family next to us had a U-Haul and a vehicle parked in front of our cabin, we were unable to use our fire pit due to not having enough room. We ordered food at the picnic basket and unfortunately after waiting 45 minutes they told us they lost our order. They were waited another 15 minutes to get our food

Overall great experience. Need more of the big yellow and blue umbrellas at the pool so you don’t have to stand in line and wait for one to get some shade !!!Some of the other things like laser tag and stuff should be included because it sure does cost a lot of money to camp here

The bathrooms were gross and not rechecked after the initial cleaning of the day. Golf carts drivers were not considerate of walking or bike riding patrons, many times young kids were almost hit. The wave pool was broken. Otherwise, I loved our experience and planning on coming back. The kids will have many memories for years to come.

We canceled months ago

The adult hot tub and wave pool were not working. We enjoyed the upper pool area and the mini golf course. The entire campground was very clean. Staff were friendly.

Enjoyed the amenities. However, Disappointed the water park has gone into disrepair: wave wasn’t working, lazy river was unclean due to low water level, and adult hot tub was out of service

The Waterpark closed at 6, when the website and another worker told us it closed at 7.
