We enjoyed our stay. Our Grandkids had so much fun. Everyone so nice. It was very clean and took care of. I can’t think of anything negative to say.

This was our 2nd year at the park, and it was a bit disappointing. We had booked a site a year in advance by the main pool, so its closure for a day and a half was frustrating. The activities were good but not as much for older kids as we'd have liked...silent disco was great, as was the band, but the "block party" was basically just bubble gun sales, and the "ice cream social" equaled us buying the same ice cream we could at any other time. Recommend adding in trivia or bingo. We are going to look at other Jellystone parks for next year.

We had a great time! Lots of activities and the splash pad a pool area were awesome. Very friendly staff. I love how spaced out the campsites are and the width of all the roads. Makes backing in easy. Also, The food was great too!

We were very dissappointed that the large pool was closed much of our visit and that no partial refund was offered. One set of blinds in LR would not close which hampered privacy. Someone with no tag parked in one of our parking spots. The floor was very sticky/ dirty...needed a good mopping. Otherwise, we gad a fine little vacay! Thank you.

We had a great visit! The weather was extremely hot and kept us from doing more activities and the large pool was closed for a filtration issue the first day we were there but other than that it was good. I wish that the crafts in the rec room could be done anytime instead of a specific 1 hour period. It was hard to plan things around that and would have been nice if they just said “we have these 3-4 crafts available today, come to the rec room between 9am-9pm and do them as you please” to help plan around the heat and the rain/thunder/lightning we had.

Overall the trip was great. The pool being shut down 2 of the days was a bummer but we understand technical issues. The only one true thing that was frustrating was it was advertised that linens were provided but when we got there they told us that they only provide a flat sheet for the bunk beds. Had we known this we would have brought our own fitted sheets. With young kids flat sheets aren't going to stay in place and also the flat sheet barely covered the beds. We decided to improvise and used the gray blanket as a sheet and tucked that in because we didnt want them sleeping on the mattress protectors. They were dirty and stained which was also disappointing. Also not sure if the cabins get mopped in-between stays because we had a drink spill and when cleaning it up we used a white towel and the floor was so dirty that the white towel was black with a couple of swipes. Other than that though we were happy with the cabins. Also I think it needs to be noted somewhere that u get one roll of toilet paper per stay (so we were told) because we had to buy a very small 4 pack in the gift shop that was $6 bc a family of 5 needs more than 1 roll for 4 days.

My daughter was almost hit by one of your workers on a golf cart during the 4th of July event at the lodge. My daughter was on the sidewalk where the golf carts are parked. I would recommend maybe backing in the golf carts instead of pulling in, if my husband hadn’t yelled she would have hit my daughter, she also laughed about the incident. Also just for future during the 4th of July event to sell concessions during the event.
