My son has special needs and water is my son’s therapy. It helps him with sensory regulation immensely. We had a wonderful time and the lifeguards here were so kind to him. My kids wanted to stay here forever.

Great location, accommodation and activities

Management staff needs to be trained and CUSTOMER SERVICE and how to do proper problem-solving and control attitude and temper towards guest. Cleaning staff needs to learn how to clean the cabins they failed to clean them and maintenance needs to learn how to maintain the cabins and golf carts both in poor condition for being such a brand new park.

I canceled months ago. We didn’t go. Not sure why I’m getting this survey.

Wonderful amenities for children! I just wish you had a boat ramp for easy lake access.

Excellent experience, very nice campground!

We visited as a large group of special needs, adoptive, and caregiving families through A Mother's Rest. What an amazing experience! The park is gorgeous and clean, the amenities were fabulous and we can't wait for next year!

Excellent faculties and staff

The staff is very friendly. They were extremely attentive and thoughtful when my grandson fell off is scooter and had to be taken, by ambulance, to the hospital. They even offered to pick my daughter and grandson up from the hospital when he was discharged. I have been to several Jellystone campgrounds and this one has by far been the best.

Love this resort. We live close and we bring our grandkids for a week as a staycation to swim and play. They love all the fun activities and of course Yogi and friends. We love it.
