We loved our weekend trip. It was epic. We loved how all the activities was right by the pool and not spread out like other Jellystone's are.

Site was convenient to the playground, but kids used our spot as a cross through all day. The site was also not level and we had to go purchase $100 worth of blocks. Other than that, everything was great we’ve been there plenty of times.

We love coming here! It’s not our first time staying, and won’t be our last! We live close by in Knoxville, and this is such a great getaway for all of us. The staff is great- my daughter was trying to open something and cut her finger accidentally, and I called the ranger station to get someone to look at it; it was less than two minutes before someone was there to help. It was very much appreciated!! We celebrated my daughter’s 9th birthday here on this trip, and it was a memorable and fun experience for everyone!

The pools and park were nice. The family had a lot of fun! I wish there was more parking for cars because the golf carts were sold out. I was informed they are working on that, though.The cabin definitely needed more housekeeping attention. Balls of dog hair were scooting across the floor. All of our feet were black after walking barefoot on the floors. Also, we accidentally left my toddlers pillow and I emailed them describing the pillow and according to housekeeping, they haven’t seen it. It was most likely stolen by one of them, so dishonest employees.

Only reason I cant give a 10 is the cabin was dirty. Bath water left in the bathtub. A brown/red stain on a mattress protector that could have been blood. Hair tumbleweed. Floor was gritty it was so dirty.

First time and very impressed with jellystone

Had an issue with WiFi and staff corrected within minutes

Do not like the junky campers that are there full time . You should not allow full timers in a jellystone
