My only issue and I would not take points off this is you need better water pressure in the bathrooms for the shower there is absolutely no water pressure and that is a big issue

It was great. There were always activities for the children. The pool and water park was so much fun. All staff members were very nice.Yogi, Boo Boo and Cindy did a great job of interacting with not just kids but also adults. It was a 7 hour drive to get there but it was definitely worth it.One thing that would have made the fireworks on the 4th better would have been if the trees or bushes along the water would have been cut down.

This is our second year visiting JellyStone with our three grandchildren. Our girls love this experience. It’s affordable and plenty to keep them happy. The staff is always so friendly. We highly recommend especially for families on a budget.

The cabin and rv spots were great! We had a fairly large group and It was our first time staying. The only issues we had is half of our crew had an allergic reaction to the pool water. We were broke out in hives all over our chest and arms by the end of the day after being at the water park all day.We love playing pickleball in the evening but the area is poorly lighted, I hope you guys can install some lights.

We had high expectations for our first time at Jellystone with our camper and bringing our grandkids. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed and felt it was not worth the money we spent. The park advertises that it’s on Watts Bar Lake, which it is, but there is no access to the lake nor does it have a beach and there are only a few campsites (4 or 5) that have any view of the lake. They have cut down almost all of the original forest, so there is now lots of gravel, asphalt and concrete everywhere. My dog did not enjoy going out for a walk and neither did I.We had booked one of the few sites on the lake and next to the water park when we made our reservation 5 months in advance, only to find out when we arrived that the computer booking system had changed our site since we did not pay the $35 “Lock In” fee when we booked, something that I missed when I initially made the reservation. However, they did not email us when this was done to inform us of the change and give us the option of either canceling or choosing another site before we arrived. I was supposed to have figured this out myself from the confirmation form they sent me. Instead, the computer randomly moved us to another site that was supposedly same type of “luxury back-in” site as was our initial reservation. This new site was very far away from the water park and up a steep hill with no shade at all. It was called a luxury site because it had a concrete pad instead of gravel. Believe me, there was nothing luxury about it. The kids activities that they offer were also low budget and not well thought out. My grandkids who love to participate it all sorts of things were not interested and bored with what they had.The only thing positive about our Jellystone experience was the water park and pool which are well maintained, and fun for younger children 2-10 years old, but there’s really nothing for older kids. However, there were are no shaded areas to sit under unless you pay extra for a cabana.Needless to say, we won’t be returning. We love to camp in our RV, but from now on we will stick to more natural settings with trees, lakes and streams to enjoy.
