We love the park, the amenities, and activities. Our kids had a wonderful time, as did we. We love the dog park though ours are a little too rambunctious to partake. The downfalls that I noticed with this trip were: 1) lack of actual privacy at our cabin (Appalachian 30). While this is my fault, I didnt expect to have a porch facing us or for our fire pit to be right next to our neighbors screened in porch. An addition for privacy would be wonderful! 2) how hot the lofts were. No one could get comfortable up there. The temperature disparity was quite significant and while we made it work with a late night walmart run, rearranging furniture, and a blow up mattress, it was disappointing.

We really enjoyed the cabin, playground, and water park area. The only complaint we had was there was not enough chairs in the pool/water park areas. They were extremely crowded (busy weekend) and that wasn’t a problem but we arrived 20 minutes after the water park area opened and all the seating was taken. More of the yellow chairs could be added around the perimeter to help alleviate this. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time and will be back!

I came here with a large group, we had 8+ families with us. We all had the best time. The kids had so much fun and have memories that will last a lifetime. We are already booking our next group friends trip for next summer here!

The kids said it was amazing, the view was magnificent, pools was great, they loved the bounce pillow, the only thing they think could be better was better fishing area. Adults in the group enjoyed and lots of activities for the kids. We have a 15 and 10 yr old and they loved it

Loved our experience! Campsites and grounds were very clean and new. Waterpark and activities for the kids was perfect! My only complaint was only having 2 bathrooms at the waterpark/pool. That is not enough for the amount of people using the amenities. As well as only having 8 family style bathrooms with showers for a campground as large as Jellystone is not enough. Not everyone camping has a bathroom in their camper/RV so having to wait for bathrooms when you have a child who needs to go is not ideal.

My sister and I brought my special needs daughter for a long weekend to rest and rejuvenate. We found the cabin well stocked and very nice. Staff was super helpful in telling us how to get my daughter to the splash pad and pool. It would be nice if there was a ramp to the slides. She loved the few times we were able to get her up the steps to slide.Having a hand held shower head would have been so helpful for the shower. One other suggestion is to not allow people to hold chairs for hours at the pool before they actually show up to use the chairs. It was difficult to get my daughter to the pool and having a chair close by to the pool would have been very nice.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish! Any questions or concerns I had the ladies up front were able to solve for me ASAP! The kids loved every second! The only thing we found out was there is not enough parking for visitors, but if you plan ahead you can make it work! We will definitely be back!
