The whole experience was amazing from start to finish! Any questions or concerns I had the ladies up front were able to solve for me ASAP! The kids loved every second! The only thing we found out was there is not enough parking for visitors, but if you plan ahead you can make it work! We will definitely be back!

The staff is excellent helpful and friendly. Activities were awesome. Good at the café was great. We had pizza! And words cannot describe how stained the water park is. The pool was awesome and everything down to the bathhouse was very clean. We were amazed that there were no bees bugs or mosquitoes. World love to know how that's possible. Only problem was the TV kept going out and the firewood smoked so bad it was like trying to burn green wood. We had to go inside it was so bad we didn't even try the last night because it smoked up the entire area. We noticed we weren't the input ones having this issue. We watched many have the same problem. But other than those 2 issues we had a perfect trip. Thank you for an amazing place close to home to stay

Staff was great and welcoming. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Kids had a blast and as a parent, I felt safe with my children on the roads. Only wish they had more areas to fish. Like a dock. We will be returning!

A great place to take your family. Activities all day long, amazing water slides, splash pad, & pools. Food and groceries on site. Would recommend to anyone.

Great park. This was our 2nd visit. Grand daughter loves the water parks.

We love Jellystone. This was our third time renting a cabin. This trip was still incredibly enjoyable but a little rougher than the last two. We had dirty dishes we had to clean ourselves, food in the sink grate from the previous campers and a mouse in the house, who wasn’t Mickey. The mouse was honestly the least bothersome. Customer service is always superb and we had plenty of kind words and heartfelt apologies and mouse traps within minutes of our complaint. We’ll be back.

We were very impressed with the park and how much fun it was and clean at the same time. The staff was very friendly and always something to do. Nothing bad to say about this park. The only thing that I would honestly wish would change would be the personal golf cart policy especially since they don’t offer enough for the entire park to rent. Other than that, it was good! The golf cart rule would be the only thing to keep us from visiting more often.

The pool was great and the waterpark but we were not told to book a golf cart prior to our arrival….so when we got there they were all rented and we had to walk and carry stuff all weekend.It was very stressful and hard as we have smaller kids and luckily we took bikes for the bigger kids. Our suggestion is that you have enough golf carts per campsite and cabin that way you don’t run out
