The only complaint is the front desk lady. I thought her name tag said Cindy, but I could be mistaken. I had walked in to check out and the phones were ringing so she answered. No problem, I had just walked in. She goes on the conversation and then hangs up. Instead of helping me next who is standing right in front of her for now a few minutes, she goes and answers another phone call. It was just very rude. I honestly was a bit taken back that the phone ringing was more important than helping a paying guest that has been waiting right in front of her.

We enjoyed our stay! The cabins were clean and we had everything we needed available. The pools and waterzone were enjoyable. The activities planned for the kids were great too! We will definitely be back!

I loved it. Our cabin was cozy and comfy. Only thing is we had cabin 55 and there was no fire ring. There is nowhere to put one. Just wish I had the option at the counter. I understand they are very busy and it was still a wonderful adventure. The kids loved the bears a d pools.

We enjoyed day after day at the wonderful pool and park. My two issues are. The park lights are horrible for night time. The basketball court and the jump balloon need more light for kids. My main complaint was the weeding eating and mowing around my sight during my stay. The weed eating threw grass over all my personal belongings and side of camper. This was very irritating that the grass was tended to prior to my arrival.

Everything was enjoyable and the cabins were great. Maintenance even helped me jump my motorcycle battery off.

Beautiful, clean campsite. GREAT amenities and activities for kids! We will return next time up to visit our Grands!

We had a great time! Staff were friendly and helpful. Renting a golf cart was great to get around the park. We stayed in cabins and loved having access to a pool on that side of the park. The only downside to the trip was not having a good place to fish. A dock out to the water would be better so the lines don’t get stuck in the brush as much. The fishing area was also very small and not many can fish there at once. Overall a great time though!
