WiFi did not work, minimal cell service, tv channels were hard to get. It would not have been an issue if the weather was not so hot while we were there.

Loved our stay. The cabin was well-stocked and very clean. The grounds were clean. Everyone we talked to was very friendly. The activities were great for the kids and very well-run. We had an unsavory neighbor staying next door to our cabin who also caused a scene at the pool and we were very happy with the way his behavior was quickly handled and he was made to leave.

Park was nice for a new place. The pools desperately need more umbrella shade! As hot as it was there was only a handful of tables with shade and no mature trees (its new I know it wont for a while), management needs to invest in more by the chairs otherwise you just get fried. The website needs to be upfront about no personal golf carts, we were not aware of this until a couple of days before we got there so all the golfcarts were already rented. We are avid campers who have visited several campgrounds and this has never been an issue -if you have to charge a fee then we would pay it, otherwise have enough to be rented out. Pool closure at 7... in the summer... with tons of children- let down. We did get longer hours for holiday but for the price of a spot that's kind of crazy. Employees were kind and helpful, facilities were nice and clean.

Everyone was so friendly. There were so many fun activities for all 6 of our grandbabies. Ranging from 5-14 there was something everyone could do.

I ordered a character and a s'mores kit to be delivered and no one showed. It was aggravating because we got back to our cabin earlier so that we could be there for them just not to show. I emailed Jellystone and rescheduled the package. Also in the email I was offered three fun passes to make up for the ordeal. I went to the office the next day and I only received two. So one of my kids didn't get a fun pass. Also, our cabin was extremely hot! The kids didn't get to sleep in the loft, they all three shared the couch. The last night we ended up leaving at 11pm because we couldn't handle the heat.

We really enjoy coming to Jellystone at Watts Bar and love all of the activities that are available for our boys to do. They really enjoy the crafts, hey hey rides, and seeing the bears.Couple of recommendations-The pool closes way too early for the summer months. With it being so hot they need to be open at least until 9pm. I understand that the water park has to have lifeguards, but the Boo Boo pool does not. There is also not enough shade at the pool or water park from the blazing sun. Now the male life guards over the 8 days we were there did not set good examples or make other guys (their friends) follow the same rules. Now this is probably from the day pass users who come in (basically babysitting for teenagers) to talk/ hang out with the workers. I know why you sell day passes but they definitely take away from the experience and make things overcrowded for the ones staying on property.

Clean facilities and nice helpful staff. I loved the baths and showers were designated unisex or family. With your kids you don't want to send them into a room where you can't help them. The bathhouse had family with infant designation as well as family with wheelchair access. May not sound like much but I felt it was very important and a nice feature
