We stayed with our family of 7 plus 2 in our camper we rented 2 sites which provided us lots of spacious room outside, used standard rv site had a great time lots too do. Being a local 45minutes south its nice to know we have a family friendly place to take weekends trips and not travel so far. We will definitely be visiting again. If I could add 1 recommendation. It would be nice to have charcoal grills included at the standard rv camp sites. Thanks jelly stone we will see you again.

We had a wonderful trip. I understand this is a new location. Compared to others we’ve visited, it did seem small with not as much to do as other locations. I understand future enhancements are likely to come as well. Our kids had a wonderful time and loved the splash zone. I do wish there were more chairs for wading water at the splash zone. Aside from the lounge chairs and tables with chairs, there were only 4 wading chairs which made it very unlikely to get a chair in that area. We also witnessed a small girl go too far into the water at the pool without her floats. Her mother was yelling for someone to grab her from across the pool, but the lifeguards were oblivious. Thankfully her dad finally made it to her to pull her out. This happened right in front of the lifeguards stand. After that, I paid close attention to the lifeguards and unfortunately they did not seem to be scanning the pool frequently, but instead seemed to just be hanging out. These two things would not keep us from a future visit but were certainly things I wanted to mention for awarenessOur cabin was so cute and well supplied and of course our kiddos loved riding around in the golf cart and enjoyed the Hey Ride. Thank you for the memories, Jellystone!

We had a great time! The only complaint was it was pretty warm up in the loft area when the kids had to sleep. I wish air circulated better up there or fans were provided.

It was so wonderful! Made for great family time. I loved the scheduled activities. All of the employees were remarkable. And mostly teenagers!!! The only cons were low water pressure at the cabin, no parking at the playground, and the kids chicken tender meal should have two tenders instead of one that kind of felt like a rip off. But they did not keeping us from having a good time!

Our family loves Yogi Bear Campgrounds and we usually book our vacations around where a Yogi Bear Campground is located. This year we decided to check out the one in our home state. Unfortunately we had several hiccups that started to add up and eventually upset us to the point it ruined our Yogi Bear experience. First the Boo Boo pool had safety cones up during our entire week and we realized was because of the glass tile coming off. Our toddler kept finding pieces that could have cut someone. 2nd, there was a reserved event at the Lodge and they blocked off all the parking for the Recreation center and our family was not able to go to the store/cafe/ rec center unless we wanted to park at a distance and walk (we did not have a golf cart). This showed us that a current camper takes a backseat to their amenities. 3rd, anytime we wanted to talk to the front desk or a manager we had the hardest time trying to get a hold of anyone. I even left a message on the emergency line and no one returned my call. Lastly, my husband and I were playing with our toddler in the deep end and a life guard rudely told us that she was not allowed in the pool with her arm floaties. We were very taken back by her statement. I asked her again to make sure we heard her correctly. She continued to say that her floaties were not life guard approved. After speaking with a manager, we found out that they are fine but not in the deep end. The situation though could have been handled in a much better way, the life guard was rude and she did not take in account that both parents were in the deep end shaperoning their child. After this experience we refused to spend another dime in the campground. Thankfully the area has a good store down the road. The amenities were great at this park but our overall experience was overshadowed by the poor customer service. This experience has ruined Yogi Bear Campgrounds for us.

Great family, fun! The cabins were clean. The amenities were in great shape. There were excellent activities planned for children. We made many wonderful memories with our family. My only concern was that the chlorine level in the pool seemed low in the afternoon when it got crowded. The water was cloudy and appeared to be dirty.

We rented three cabins. Every single cabin had an issue with cleanliness. Some of the problems within the cabins were just downright gross… like cut fingernails laying on a mattress… tiny blood drops on a mattress. Dark black hair on the inside of a shower. Dirty towels from the previous tenant being left on the floor. These are cabins that were supposedly fully cleaned before our check-in. The beds were made with fresh sheets. There was fresh tiny little bar soap in the bathroom sink area. So somebody was definitely in the cabin doing some cleaning. The positive is the number of activities offered. It’s awesome to have three pools from which to choose. Two of the three were so crowded, it was standing room only. My grandkids enjoyed the different activities and the pool when they could swim in it. They were busy all day long. The dirty cabins, however, put a sour note in our stay. It was reported to the front office. Honestly, receiving partial compensation for the dirty cabins would’ve been appropriate. The only thing the front office did was apologized and send the maid back. If it was one tiny little problem, it could be overlooked. But we had as I said three cabins and every single one of them had a cleanliness issue. I have stayed at what people consider seedy motels that were cleaner than these cabins.

Overall a good experience. Some very silly rules (no outside firewood is dumb and a clear cash grab).
