This was our first time staying and it will not be our last! All of the staff we spoke to were always so nice and friendly. My kids loved the pools and rec center. This place truly can’t be beat!

Jellystone is more expensive than other campgrounds and also needs some major improvements. I have stayed twice now and the cable and WiFi has not worked either time leaving my family with nothing to do at night but watch things on their phone and use their cellphone data. Another pool is needed in the middle or on the west side because the current pools get so packed there is not enough room for everyone. There is also not enough bath houses to support all the guests. Lake access would also be great for lake activities.

We had a great time! The grounds were clean and mostly well maintained and staff attentive and friendly. Our dog kennel site was misding a cover and someone quickly came to put one on.We had someone take our rented cabana (I feel because they preferred the view) and staff did not have them move to theirs. It wasn't a big deal, but I feel they should have been made to move as our number was then different and we had birthday party guests arriving at the pool and the number on the board didn't match our cabana. 😐We also bought 3 bundles of firewood that was so geen (unseasoned) that even half a bottle of lighter fluid wouldn't light it.🙃

Staff was great. Sites were set up well. The pool and splash pad were great for the family. Very annoyed with the fire wood situation. You wouldn’t allow us to bring our own wood, but yours wasn’t seasoned, it was wet and only provided a lot of smoke. We bought 7 bags and only one was dry and only because one person of your people exchanged it for us s after we complained.

This was our first time visiting Yogi Bear at Watts Bar Lake. We stayed in a cabin that slept 8 comfortably. We did have 2 children under 3. We had to use the loveseat in the living room to block the stairs going to the loft, so keep that in mind if you have toddlers. We loved the screened porch! There are activities going on all throughout the day for kids and that was very nice. Just know you do have to pay for some activities. (Ex. They offered glitter tattoos, you had to purchase them) they do tell you on the app if there’s a cost by putting a $ next to the activity. The entire place was clean at all times. They are well staffed and friendly. We had a variety of kids from teens to toddlers and they all had something to do. They do need to add another bathhouse and a fishing dock to the campground, that would be my only complaints.

We had a party of 11! Your check in and check out went so smoothly! Everything in our cabins were clean and ready for our three day stay! The staff was so friendly all weekend! The life guards were so considerate and doing their job!Having a daily trash pick up was so thoughtful and needed.May I make a few suggestions?1. It would have been nice to have more trash bags in the kitchen2. A iron would have been a nice touch due to clothes getting wrinkled in travel3. A blanket was needed for the pull out beds
