Clean, quiet campground. Nice store and ice cream shop! Used both pools! Loved the pool area but hopefully y’all would consider adding another one if adding on more cabins/campsites as it was super crowded and can’t really accommodate more guests.

Fun fun place. They have activities for all & the water park great fun. But not enough bathrooms or showers. The showers at the pool didn’t work to rinse off. Involvements are needed. ! All in all a great place. !!!!

My grandsons love the park and enjoyed all activities and pools. The crew was and always been very helpful. This is our 3rd stay at the park. The main concern and only one is the internet connection. My wife and daughter work from home and had to miss most of the trip due to the lack of access.

Booked 2 campsites and a cabin on 1 reservation , then your company separated us and put us on complete opposite sides of the campground. Cost us $100 more dollars to get our campsites together and we lost our nice campsites and was forced into a pullthru, which are small and have no room , when we agreed to swap sites the lady told my husband “next time pay the fee to lock in your site!” Excuse me we just dropped $1000 at your campground for a weekend , I don’t think you should have to pay more to lock in a site especially when you book multiple sites on one reservation. Then we were called and asked to give up our cabin for a bigger family because they had an issue with their cabin. Wanted to give us a cabin with no kitchen , but upgrade our golf cart rental and give us cafe bucks. You have to be kidding me. I have NEVER seen a campground nickel and dime their costumer so much in my life. If you show up early there is a fee , if you have a friend stop by there is a fee, the cabins had so many fees posted we just laughed. The rules are ridiculous and became an ongoing joke the time we were there. Then there is the mandatory bracelets you had to wear , it’s like you are in jail. We came for the pool for our grandkids to enjoy , we got there 30 minutes after it opened and there were NO CHAIRS ,NO UMBRELLAS, NO CABANAS available. People show up claim a table leave their stuffs and then go to their camper or cabin and don’t even stay at the pool I actually witnessed this myself.I tried to rent a cabana because 3 were EMPTY We had an infant and we needed to sit down but people purchase cabanas for the day and then don’t use them all day but then no one else can either. Dumbest thing ever. Then the pool area is ridiculous parents bring their chairs and sit them in the pool on the ledges where little kids should be able to sit in the shallow water but can’t because of ADULTS taking up so much room with their chairs in the water. We have stayed at Jellystone when our adult kids were little and we had the best time and loved our stay we have fond memories there . We wanted to have the same with our grandkids and that DEFINITELY DIDN’T Happen here . We were beyond disappointed and will tell everyone of our experience .You should be ashamed to charge people more money to lock in your site, in all the years we have camped we have NEVER heard of such BS. Your rental policies put a bad taste in our mouth and it seemed to us that Jellystone has turned into a money making scheme instead of family friendly campground. Wish we could of had a better experience because we would of been life long local renters.

Great campground! Just a few small things could be worked on like leveling the gravel sites a little more and more seating by the water areas. But overall it’s a GREAT place!
