The Rec Center needed more help when it came to the different activities that were scheduled. Also, needed more help in the pool area. The pool was over capacity in my opinion on Saturday and parents wasn't watching their children. Needed more employees to enforce rules while in the pool. We ended up leaving the pool because I felt it wasn't unsafe and someone was going to get hurt.

Was nice but the AC wasn’t work well.

Had a great camping experience, my teens had a great time. Now that the new section is open there are needed updates on the original section: Laundry room upgrades for touchpay instead of quarters. Also we saw the Pool door/fence brake when someone opened it. In New section, the bathroom doors would be more user friendly if they said, vacant/occupied. Need more bathrooms closer to the water park. Need a lazy river to improve water park experience, too!

We absolutely loved it and already booked for next July. Will tell everyone about our stay!

Lady who checked us in did not get much sleep the night before cause she was grouchy.My lot got changed cause call center said I didn’t need to pay lock fee.Either way Kayla saved the day and got us in a space.The ladies at the Rec Center are so patient. I would have flipped a script but they laughed and carried on like it was all the ruckus was normal.Activities were fantastic, pool areas, etc.shady lots would be nice though.

This place blew me away! My RV spot #99 was a great location. Being across from the pool was great. Good thing we had a golf cart that we drove to the water slides. Awesome slides, gift shop, pools and the folks that worked there were great. We will be back soon!!!

Was really great for the money. Had a lot of fun. There are a lot of activities for all ages. Cabin was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Wish there was more fireworks for Fourth of July celebration. Mini golf needs to be updated and fishing is advertised, but not available and a couch in the cabin will be more useful than a futon and more comfortable.

We enjoyed our first visit to Jellystone. I would recommend a playground over by the waterslides for the little kids and I would also recommend another bouncy house for smaller children so when the bigger children are playing rough on the bouncy house, the little ones can still play. I would also recommend more organization in the recreation area. I would also recommend seeing the characters more than just at allotted times as well as riding the train for the little ones.The campsite number 313 was not numbered for us to see with our eyes. We had to figure it out our ourselves, and that was frustrating.

Park was packed but the staff was very attentive. Thanks to Rodney and the staff for being friendly and accommodating. Can't wait until October with the Widows sons.
