Staff members really need to be more upbeat at least act like they enjoy there jobs they are the key to people enjoying there stay, need a big playground in the new addition to the park and a fishing pond, people pay a pretty penny for there stay you should charge an arm and leg for the extra stuff. Can't just cater to kids on site all the time, which includes staffs children, move activities to larger part of the campgrounds. The old rec center is to small to include all children (may be fine for off season)

Very good! Registration was easy, adding on items was easy. Check in was great, and the cabin was amazing. Staff was VERY friendly.Only issue was the WiFi/Internet does NOT work in cabin 22. I followed the directions, it would connect to WiFi and stay on for about 30 seconds, then the WiFi address would disappear. From all the devices. There is a problem with the modem/router in cabin 22. Power stays on but WiFi signal stops seconds after connecting. We had NO WiFi on any devices and no TV for the weekend. Other than that, it was wonderful.Beautiful cabin, great golf cart, great facilities, great events throughout the weekend!!!

We had a great time! This was our 2nd visit but construction was still taking place last time. The splash pad, pool and slides were wonderful and kept our kids busy and entertained. The girls working at the pool and in the cafe were nice and working hard! Only negatives - We did have some neighbors who played really loud music way past quiet hours. We did not feel comfortable saying anything to them so it would be nice if someone from the camp enforced that. Just a suggestion. The splash pad also got a little crazy at times since no one was really working it in terms of kids breaking in line, piling up at the bottom of the slides and running. The girls did blow their whistles and tell them to go one at a time when they noticed the kids hanging out at the bottom of the slide. We realize it was a very packed weekend but if you’re able to staff the splash pad and pool area a little more that would be helpful. Again, we noticed how hard they were working and it was just a lot to manage!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabins are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable, there are enough towels and cooking ware and plates to use. We will come back if ever we get around the area. But, there are a couple things that needs to be addressed first the road doesn’t look safe to walk on the old site, somebody may trip over and break their ankle, the activities are not quite organized I say this because on the website the pick place for the hay ride was at the new site for a certain time but when the hay ride got into the place it’s already full of people and we can’t get to it anymore so we have to wait for the next 2 trip. I know it’s a holiday but it has to be planned and more people needs to be coordinating for the schedules.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. But better procedures could be put in place for busy weekends and making the activities available for everyone. We missed out on a lot because things were early, late and even though we followed the rules of waiting in line for the glow ride, we didn’t get to do it because people ran in front of us and we were told we had to wait again. That was disappointing. The slime activity was great, the workers did a wonderful job at making sure everyone’s slime was good to go before we left.

Staff were amazing friendly, accommodating, helpful. My whoke family enjoyed absolutely everything, from the splash pad, the large slides, pools, daily activities, and the meet and greets.

We enjoyed our stay here but unfortunately we were told corporate had overbooked golf carts and we weren't able to get one. This was extremely inconvenient with 2 toddlers. I would definitely try to figure out how to make sure the website does not let that happen again. Also, the website advertised a glow in the dark TRAIN ride for the 4th of July and it was a wagon/trailer ride. Also sno cones were advertised as well and we were told by staff that they do not do snow cones. I would just encourage Jellystone to reword their advertising and fix the golf cart problem. We would definitely stay again if we were guaranteed a golf cart.
