staff was very pleasant and accommodating. All areas were clean. For safety, need a designated area for toddler care use that is away from that’s and golf carts. additionally, need more instruction on the depth of the pond, and staying away from the rocks and sewer. Otherwise awesome!

My family and I had an overall good time at Jellystone, West Ga. The new water area was great, cafe food was good, employees were all nice and friendly. Plenty of activities and our 3 young children had a blast.Although, there were a few negatives to our stay. I didn’t enjoy having to rent a golf cart due to the park not allowing us to bring our own. The park is much too large and hilly to plan on walking to the various activities, promoting us to rent from the park. The rental carts were problematic. I had to help multiple different campers staying close to us with the parking brake issues and speed control issues that we were all experiencing with the rentals. Also, our RV site was located at the older side of the park that was very unlevel and extremely close to the other RVs on each side of us. The sites located at the newly developed side of the park appeared to have a little more space on more level ground.Overall, a positive experience and a good time for our family.

We had a great time.Few things I would like to mention. The crafts in the rec center could be improved, the employees need to know what craft is being advertised, location of supplies. This was a reoccurring issue.I think the tractor for the Hey Hey Hayride is too small to pull the trailer, especially when the trailer is at capacity. We operate a hayride at our business and I was a bit nervous on the glow ride.Our overall experience was great! We hope to be back soon. The new water park area was a hit with our family.

We had the best time! Everything was super clean and well maintained. The pools and waterpark were a blast for all ages. Employees were very helpful. We will definitely be back 😊

overall we had a great visit, we got a cabin which the tv did not work we brought to maintence attention they tried to fix and couldn’t i let them know at check out and they said sorry but didnt offer any type of forth going discount or partial refund, i get were camping but at same time we paid over $350 for two nights after fees and stuff for these amenties and they didnt work, we had a toddler and was. the reason for ac and tv that we didnt just pop a tent and then it didnt work. also morning of donuts we walked in a worker said hi but didnt continue to engage to see if we were there for donuts so we were just kind of walking around lost until more people came and then when we got to pay all the worker said was would you like 6, 12 or 18? so i just said 12 and we just got a little bag instead of a bucket some others got but we were not informed of having to buy a certain quantity to get a bucket so that would have been nice to know as well. other than that overall good stay.

It was a good time. The kids had a blast at the water park area. Cars, golf carts(some employee ones), and electric scooters were driving extremely fast. My kids were trying to ride their bikes but they didnt like how fast people were going by them. Speed bumps are needed 150%. Also my kids couldn't really enjoy any of the activities becuase they were over at the rec center and they didnt want to leave the water slide area. I didnt understand why they would build this nice new water area and stage but not use it for the games and kid activities. I would think they would use it more. A few dog poop trash cans would be nice. Im guessing thats why a lot of people just weren't picking it up.
