We had a great time. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The only problem we encountered was, the recreation center never seemed to know what they were doing with the activities. Also, they were never on time getting things started. Other than that, it was awesome.

The check-in process could have been a little friendlier for first time guests. We were unclear on what services were available or unavailable for our cabin. The activities were not very engaging in the rec area. Cabin, water park, and some staff were awesome. I am not sure what the weekend looks like there but the weekday activities were pretty boring due to lack of staff engagement/excitement. Haley was great she was friendly and supportive. I am not sure of the other young lady's name, ( red hair with freckles)but she and her mother were friendly and supportive as well. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely return!

Park itself is very life but getting into and out of park is a headache. No signage to get into park from highway and no signage within park giving direction or names of streets

It looks like the park was an old ever Park that Jellystone recently purchased. The cabins looked nice and fairly new. The roads are in disrepair. The rv site that we were on, site 100, was not level and needed gravel. When we leveled the coach the passenger rear tires were off the ground by 4” and the driver’s side by 1”. When hooking up the electricity the breakers were taped open. I’ve never seen this as I was always told to hook up the electric then turn on the breaker. The sewer connection did not have a cover, but was partially covered with a rock. The park could be nice, but the RV sites need to be worked on and the roads replaced.

We had a wonderful experience at Jellystone Park West Georgia. The park was clean, family-friendly, and welcoming. The staff was kind and helpful, and there were plenty of fun things for the kids and family to enjoy. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the effort put into making guests feel comfortable. We would definitely recommend this park to others and look forward to visiting again

GA is a beautiful state. Everyone here was nice and welcoming. We planned a trip of tent camping, but our first night got rained out. The staff was very helpful and willing to move us to a cabin. The cabin was amazing and looked new.

It looks like Jellystone purchased an old campground and are starting to fix things up. The cabins look new, but the roads and RV sites need a lot of work. We were in site 100 and it was very un level which most sites along that side looked the same. Then I leveled the coach the passenger rear wheels were off the ground about 4” and the driver side rear wheels about 1”. Also, I’ve never seen an electrical box that had the breakers taped open. I’ve always been told to hookup the power then turn on the breaker.
