A much needed improvement to the resort this campout from our last in April 2025. The staff is phenomenal. So willing to help with anything.

We had a great time at the park. Roger was one of the greatest one-person welcoming committees we've ever experienced. He always waved, talked to our kids, and went out of his way to help us at every opportunity. We had a such a great experience with everyone with the exception of Jan at the Ranger Station. She always seemed irritated and made you feel like you were bothering her with questions. I understand from other staff that her husband is over maintenance and we crossed paths with him several times as well and he never spoke, waved, or made any attempt to seem cordial. I guess those two are made for one another.... Otherwise, we loved everyone else and will definitely be back.

We camped in a tent site close to the new waterpark area. The 1 min walk to showers and bathrooms was very convenient and the single stall bathroom/showers were always clean. The campsite was tucked into the trees a little bit to give more of an outdoorsy feel. We appreciated the wooden platform to pitch our tent on and the access to electricity and water steps away. We camped the same weekend as our friends and tent sites 7 and 8 were perfect for both families as they were connected with a short gravel path. The prices at the cafe and in the store were very reasonable. Our kids enjoyed the waterpark and all the activities to do. We will be back!

The new addition to the park was nice and the band was fun. However, we asked for 5 sites on the new side and were told they were booked, but there were a lot empty. We rented a golf cart and were not told about the additional driver fees. We were also not told about the additional fee per person per day. I made my reservations over the phone and this was not communicated to me. So I had to pay for more bracelets at check in. So we were blindsided by all the additional fees for everything. Our sites needs a lot of work. They were very unlevel, the pool by the rec center turned green on day 2. Most of the staff was friendly, however the lady named Kayla stopped us on the golf cart and yelled at me like I was a child saying I was driving reckless because I cut through an empty site. I was simply trying to get out of the way of the photographer that was doing some promotional photos with another family. I don’t appreciate her delivery to me, and treating me like a criminal in front of my kids and other guests. Very unprofessional!

The campsite was very unlevel. Not a good pull thru site for a camper. The fire pit ended up being under my awning. Also, did not like that I booked a campsite and then pay $9 per person that stayed. All of the other resorts that I stay at don’t charge per person until there is over 8 people.

The new park is fantastic.Couple of items to maybe think about as you guys continue to grow and work out the kinks.1) food leaves something to be desired as far as quality goes vs price. The kitchen staff should also wear hair nets. Found hair in our drinks.2) the concert went a bit late on Saturday for a family place. (11P)3) better security presence at night. Multiple nights of golf carts running around past 10P with music blaring, kids riding e-bikes with music going, one kid had a full blown e-dirt bike (no pedals) ripping around camp with no helmet, skidding tires, etc.
