What really stood out most was the sense of community. It didn’t feel like just another campground — it felt like home away from home. We left with full hearts, new friends, and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fun, relaxation, and a place that truly feels like family!

This was our second stay of what was going to be many. We live 30 minutes away and our first stay was amazing so we came back a month later with more people.We booked a cabin next door to our family that drove into town. Upon check in we were told we were “bumped by corporate” to a cabin as far away as possible in that cabin category and there was nothing the front desk could do about it as they weren’t the ones who “bumped us”. We have elderly in-laws we were trying to be next to but instead they had to hobble down to us for meals and such. The cherry on top of the first day was that we called ahead of time to see if we could check in early as we had a fairly large group to get settled. The person early in the week said as long as it is empty and available we can check in early. The day of, no one would answer or call us back from the front desk. When we showed up 2 hours early we were told that there are absolutely no early check ins. Even though our cabin and most of the park at that point was empty. It was rainy, so we couldn’t use any of the amenities so we just sat in our car full of people and dogs for 2 hours until we were granted access. It doesn’t hurt jellystone to let people check in early, but it doesn’t hurt guest satisfaction for us in a major way. Especially after telling us it would most likely be fine.The rest of the stay was fine. The cabana we rented was lacking adequate seating and a table but was a nice spot to congregate for a birthday party.Aside from the person at the front desk, every other employee we came in contact with was friendly and great.
