We had a great time with grandkids. Only complaint I have is they were out of so many things and it was very inconvenient since we were depending on those things

We had a blast! The park was clean and my kids had the best time, they didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back for future visits.

The management is great, the staff are wonderful people and if you have kids/grandkids this is the place to come.If not for camping they have day passes for the water park, all in all this is a fantastic place. To come!

The staff were very accommodating and the facilities were always clean and neat. The suggestion I would have is having somewhere to park your camper while checking in. It was very congested and the place given to park was behind cars that were parked at the ranger station. Fortunately the check in process was quick and easy. Doe the second year in a row we had difficulty with connection to Wifi. I don't think there was enough bandwidth for the amount of people needing it on the fourth of July weekend.

We loved our trip there and everyone was very nice and accommodating. For future improvements you need to have a full list of allergens at the Cafe. My child has a food allergy and I was checking on any options but they had to constantly walk in the back and check the ingredients for every item I was reviewing. They eventually got tired of doing that and when I asked about a 3rd item they just said it probably does have the allergen. So I gave up trying to find something safe for my child to eat. There should be a laminated readily available list along with understanding of cross contamination as well.

Beautiful park! Everyone so friendly and helpful. The cleanest campground and cabins we’ve ever stayed at. The camp store was amazing. Loved it!

Good accommodations, friendly staff. The new waterpark and slides were a hit. The Stone Mountain cabin could have used more seating in the shared space as there was not enough for six people to sit down inside.

Our family has been visiting your campground several times a year for many years, and we have always cherished the experience, especially our grandson’s birthday celebrations during the July 4th weekend. I wanted to share some feedback from our recent visit that I believe could help enhance the guest experience moving forward. This year our family rented a total of three cabins, 1 RV spot, 2 golf carts, 2 days of cabana, “The Birthday Bear”, and 4 ultimate fun passes.We were thrilled with the expansion of the park, particularly the newer cabins and the café with its reasonably priced food options – these additions brought great convenience and enjoyment. The new resort pool and water park were an absolute highlight, delighting all members of our family.However, there were some challenges that affected our visit. We encountered several system glitches, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and somewhat disorganized. Despite these issues, I want to commend Kayla, Joyce, and Kendall for their efforts to assist us; their dedication was clear and much appreciated.One specific concern was the double booking of the family cabana. While Kayla offered us a smaller area beside another cabana as an alternative, it was not clearly marked or sectioned off, resulting in another family occupying the space and making it difficult for us to fully enjoy it. We managed to make do by crowding into the smaller cabana, and I did receive a partial refund for the difference in price of the family cabana, which was helpful.Another disappointment was the “Bear Birthday” event and it would be nice to receive a partial refund or some sort of future credit. The previous year’s celebration was memorable, with Yogi and Cindy making a grand entrance accompanied by music, decorations, a large cake, balloons, and other festive touches. This year, however, the arrival was less lively, and key elements such as balloons and the poster were missing . We had to ask about the cake and they had to send someone back for it. The cake provided was a modest 8-inch ice cream cake, which pales in comparison to prior years, prompting us to postpone the originally planned party and go purchase an additional cake ourselves.Additionally, we purchased four Ultimate Fun Passes, anticipating a variety of activities for the kids. Unfortunately, the process was confusing with inconsistent information and multiple points of contact, leading to frustration and a feeling that the passes did not offer good value. In the past, the Recreation Center provided a large room with multiple stations for simultaneous activities such as ceramic painting and t-shirt decorating, which was far more enjoyable and organized. It might be beneficial to consider allowing the passes to be redeemable anytime within the same year to maximize their value for guests.Our family remains fond of your campground and hopes these observations can be useful as you continue to grow and improve. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I felt the park is understaffed. We had a great time at the pool and enjoyed our stay in our camper on the new part of the park. We did enjoy the activities but the activities never started on time due to the person having to be at another activity then race back to the rec center to get the next activity going. There definitely needs to be more than 1 security guard on duty especially during a holiday weekend when it seems the park is a max capacity. We look to visit again in the future.
