We always have a great time at Jellystone.

Everything was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The only complaint that I would have is that movie night was scheduled at the same time as the hey hey hey ride when both needed the same speaker. It made the movie start after 10pm. Poor planning. Other than that one issue everything else was perfect.

Our family had an amazing stay at this resort! It was truly a paradise for kids. The children’s club offered fun, creative activities every day, and the staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. Our kids especially loved the splash park, swimming pools, and evening entertainment, which kept them excited throughout the trip.

There are a lot of fun activities to do. However, we originally reserved a Cindy bear cottage which stated it had “2 full bed on main floor with futon” this was not the case, both of the full beds were lofted, which made them difficult if not impossible for our small children and my pregnant wife to access. Thankfully, we were able to quickly upgrade our cabin to one that could suit our family (I believe the listing should be corrected because it would have made for a much smoother introduction to the park had we not have had to gone through the process of getting a different cabin). Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, the staff was friendly and quick to resolve issues that arose throughout the stay (such as the water parks being shut down due to chemical issues). We will definitely be planning another trip in the future.

My overall experience was good. I was a little disappointed that the first two days that I was there, the pools were closed down and we only had access to the Kids area. Also, I had to go to Walmart and buy wasp spray because I killed almost 12 wasps in my cabin! Other than those two negatives, it was a good experience.

Communication is lacking within the office and to the campers. Most campgrounds have an faq sheet. Nothing! Went to check in at noon for a rv site and was told no way. The financial cost is ridiculous!

Two of the staff members were very rude in general and a third was terrible with kids.. she had a terrible attitude with the little kids!

Everything is always clean and the new Waterpark is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

This was an odd visit not like a regular experience. There was an incident in the park which was my fault. The staff had to assist and I over heard one of the staff rudely talking about the situation. Other guests were there and also heard her. Then the water park was closed for maintenance the following day. Which stuff happens so that is understandable. The rest of the staff was helpful. The girl working in the cafe and the woman at the ranger station were amazing.

This was our first time coming and it was not a good experience at all. We drove through the gate and learned very quickly the process you guys have for golf carts is non-existent as one hit our camper. We also learned the person driving the golf cart didn’t understand how to drive the cart. Damage was done to our camper. The assistant general manager came by and took photos but no compensation or anything was discussed and we have not received any follow up either. But the door to our camper is now very hard to close.
