When we arrived the check-in process was very well organized and took less than a minute. There were so many friendly staff members who would smile, wave, and talk to us throughout our stay. The cabin was clean and well prepared for our arrival. I loved that the golf cart was already waiting for us at our cabin and was fully charged. The water park was a blast, and since we have all teenagers this was the main reason we chose Jellystone. They all really enjoyed the water slides. The camp store had a good variety of souvenirs, and the rec center's gem mining and oyster shucking were so much fun. The only things that would have improved our stay would have been the water park being open all days of the stay and some extra kitchen gear (an additional skillet, spatula, cookie sheet, small tongues, etc) for big families.

Its a fantastic camp ground!! Just 3 small complaints.1 the showers at the water park are very nice BUT NO CHAIRS or hooks? No where to sit and change clothes and no hooks to hang clothes or a dry towel every thing has to be on the floor?2 the train ride at the rec center!! Was what 2 minutes long!! One trip around the rec center! The grandkids looked forward to the train for two days then it's over in 2 minutes! It should take the same trip as the hey ride. Around the park.3. Trash. Why not since the park is so big have someone drive by every morning to pickup trash at the road for each site. That would be a great service rather than putting trash in my car and driving all the way across camp to put it in a ben.Othere than that had a great time!!!

We always have a great time at Jellystone.

Everything was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The only complaint that I would have is that movie night was scheduled at the same time as the hey hey hey ride when both needed the same speaker. It made the movie start after 10pm. Poor planning. Other than that one issue everything else was perfect.

Our family had an amazing stay at this resort! It was truly a paradise for kids. The children’s club offered fun, creative activities every day, and the staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. Our kids especially loved the splash park, swimming pools, and evening entertainment, which kept them excited throughout the trip.

There are a lot of fun activities to do. However, we originally reserved a Cindy bear cottage which stated it had “2 full bed on main floor with futon” this was not the case, both of the full beds were lofted, which made them difficult if not impossible for our small children and my pregnant wife to access. Thankfully, we were able to quickly upgrade our cabin to one that could suit our family (I believe the listing should be corrected because it would have made for a much smoother introduction to the park had we not have had to gone through the process of getting a different cabin). Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, the staff was friendly and quick to resolve issues that arose throughout the stay (such as the water parks being shut down due to chemical issues). We will definitely be planning another trip in the future.

My overall experience was good. I was a little disappointed that the first two days that I was there, the pools were closed down and we only had access to the Kids area. Also, I had to go to Walmart and buy wasp spray because I killed almost 12 wasps in my cabin! Other than those two negatives, it was a good experience.

Communication is lacking within the office and to the campers. Most campgrounds have an faq sheet. Nothing! Went to check in at noon for a rv site and was told no way. The financial cost is ridiculous!

Two of the staff members were very rude in general and a third was terrible with kids.. she had a terrible attitude with the little kids!

Everything is always clean and the new Waterpark is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
