Pool by our cabin was closed and had to drive to the other pool since its too far to walk and going from gate to gate was a little much they should be connected and was a little unorganized for there to be a schedule of activities and no one could answer our questions they just sent us in a different direction to another building till we figured it out on our own

First visit since the water park opened. The grandkids loved it.

Water parks were excellent. Camping spots were right on top of each other. Traffic was ridiculous to the point one of my children was almost hit by someone riding an e-bike at full speed down the road. Things did not open on the time schedule posted in the app and online. When we had to make the decision to leave early to take our medically fragile child home since he was getting too hot and it was causing his lung disease to flare up we were informed that corporate did not allow for any sort of early checkout even though we were packed before checkout time and returned the golf cart before our 2nd day started time wise.

Online reservation system needs address information about sites. If we had more information we would have chosen a different site.

Jellystone west georgia was great! Kids and adults had a blast! We rented a cabin it was clean and had everything we needed. The park itself was clean, restrooms were always in order, and activities were in prefect for our age group. (3-13 year olds) Staff was always very nice and helpful. We cant wait to come back .

We had a great time! Unfortunately we didn’t have the best weather but we made the most of it. All of the kids loved the new waterpark and we also enjoyed taking time to play put-put, get glitter tattoos by Ms. Joyce (the sweetest!), ride the train, and take pictures with Cindy Bear. We can’t wait to return!

Fun safe environment for the children! The water park was large enough to excite the kids, but small enough that parents can keep an eye on them during the day.

Our cabin was clean and had most everything we needed. We never went out to eat we cooked in our cabin. The only thing was the weather did not cooperate so we didn't get to do any outdoor activities. But we are planning on coming back in July and hopefully the weather will cooperate.

Cabin lacking amenities listed at booking such as microwave, hot plate, and WiFi. Unable to cook the food we brought for the weekend. Left messages for assistance and never received a return call.

Love the new area and Waterpark. The old area needs updating, and I wish we would have been asked which section we wanted. We were placed in the old section and there were plenty in the new.
