We really liked the park however, there were 2 things that make my rating 3 stars instead of 5. First, our cabin door was never able to be locked when we went out of the cabin. I mentioned this to the person at the ranger station within a couple of hours of discovering this. She made a suggestion and said if it didn't work to call in the morning and they would send maintenance out. It didn't work , we called and if someone came I have no idea...but it still would not lock. We ended up always locking up our valuable items in our vehicles. Second, the "corporate" policy of only allowing people with "smartphones" to access activities is completely exclusionary. If that is the case then it needs to be noted somewhere on your website. For people who CHOOSE to not use that technology or who can't AFFORD the astronomical cost of those devices your park activities are unavailable to them. If only online permissions are accepted, those forms should be part of the registration process . Try explaining to a 3 year old that he isn't allowed to do something because his grandmother has the wrong phone. In addition, the train seen in your advertisements was not working and from the looks of the grass growing under it, it's been like that for a while. Keeping advertised activities in working order promptly is key !Those two things created a less than stellar experience for us.

We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. We brought our daughter and granddaughter with us. She had an absolute blast. We plan in making it a yearly trip.

This was our first time at Jellystone. We stayed in one of the covered wagons. My son thought it was the coolest place ever to stay. We enjoyed the water park and pools. The Rec center was good. The hourly activities were nice, but need to more be organized. I believe it was understaffed for the amount of kids at times. I think more teen/young adult activities need to be added. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Also, the website needs to be updated on the amenities offered. I had to ask for a few things missing from the wagon, and was told the website was listed wrong. But thankfully the lady in the Rangers station got them for us to make our stay more enjoyable. We will return.

My great grands had a great time. Great Park. They loved the waterslides and pools. We played mini golf. The water pressure was slow/low on our site. It affected out tankless water heater. I couldn't get my app to work to let us know what was going on.

Every staff member we met was so nice and helpful. 3 of them really stood out. Maddy in activitiesJan and Chyenne front office.
