When I walked inside she was the only and first person to greet me. I was unsure and nervous. Liza was very patient, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t think I would qualify to get a brand new vehicle. She did everything to make sure I left in a nice a car.

Cannot schedule

Just that I scheduled a tire rotation and an air filter change (mentioned that when I checked in and they asked what I was having done) and for some reason that didnt happenAs stated two things I scheduled for never happenedI did not look thoroughly at the performed services until later when I discovered that two of the things I scheduled service for did not happen. But what was I supposed to do at 5pm, tell them to take it back and fix what they missed so I could wait another 2 hours?

Facility is old and could be nice to have a better appearanceStaff is great. They do care about people and not just for selling cars.
