Honestly, there is nothing to improve.As soon as we arrive, Bret is waiting to greet us, and take care of any issue. We feel confident that all will be well. For years, he has been very helpful in many ways. So glad to always see Bret in your company.. This makes you want to keep coming back.Thanks to all for an excellent job taking caring of my car.I live in Tampa, and I go to Lakeland for any car issue., where Bret attends us personally for years. He makes us feel well taken care of, and even advices us on prevention difficulties for our vehicle.Helpful in many ways possible, as always.Very satisfied with Bret and all the Jenkins team. Great customer service

For four years I've been served by the same person at the reception desk, and he's the best. I don't know his name, but he's an attentive, respectful, and friendly young man.

Brett Murphy is exceptional. I know he is looking out for me.The service is excellent.

They used to wash and vaccuum but said they don't any more.I was in and out much faster than I thought I'd be. Everyone was so nice and polite. Pleasure to get my car looked after here

The car was a clean as when I brought it in … but There has ALWAYS been a service to wash and vacuum after services. They no longer offer it, and I was not even notified … just didn’t happen. Obviously.Please bring that service back
