Very unprofessional to tell a customer that their car is old,I've been with my outlander sport the longest now and it's in very good condition and to tell me my car is old was not what I expected from the service advisor AustinTell the service advisors to be a little bit better how to speak to customers,I would buy a new car,but there is nothing wrong with my car just over due maintenance because I work a lot ,but the other stuff Austin pointed out will be done in a couple of weeks,I won't be going back there

I was in and out about 1 hour so that was good. Normally they wash the car and vacuum, one of the main reason I get my oil change there. Small perk but work it. They left little oil change sticker and paper backs thrown in the car.

They took care of me as soon as i get there! Bret is on top to keep me posted on what is going on and been very helpful to answer my questions- very helpful as always- everytime I come for service.

Worked with Jonathon Lewis, 10/10 experience and won't shop elsewhere. Car buying can be annoying because of all the fake advertising. Good people
