Keep Elgin services you guys offered your eliminating your customersStop cutting certain services that were offered to me for the life of my car which u folks don’t offer anymore. Which is making me think about looking at other dealerships. I have bought (2) with you

Most of our time at the dealer was spent waiting for the financing process. The finance department shows up with a list up add-ons to the loan (extended warranty, total loss protection etc. that if selected drives up the final price of the car.Our salesman, Julio was outstanding.The web site only listed the vehicle MSRP and then discounts available. It did not list items such as Dealer Fee and Document Fee, etc. that are added to the price but not outlined in advertising. The consumer does not get a complete picture of the final price just by using the web site.

At Ed Morse in Tampa they washed my car after every service. Jenkins in Lakeland did not do that....
