Wasn’t offered to have my car cleaned or car wash. I sometimes feel like I’m always a an inconvenience for the guy doing my car too.N/AI had come here for an oil change back some time, asked if they could check my transmission. Mind you I bought the car here and they couldn’t have told me my transmission was going when they had sold me the car? I asked for a quote on how much it was going to be and they said 10k…wasn’t offered any other option especially when I said well I don’t have that. I came back this time and told them what happened and was told “well we could’ve given you other options” but they didn’t…Left the slip for my car in the passenger floor…didn’t offer to wash my car or vacuum it.I bought my car from this place and everytime I bring it here it seems that there’s something wrong with my car. If I only bring it here for oil changes and can’t be told that my transmission was going then that’s ridiculous…I brought up the issue they had no idea.
