Didn’t fixed what I came forThe camera is not working,they said a software update mostly fixes the problem,didn’t,a 150.00 dollar for a new camera,didn’t fix the problem and now wanted more than 2k to replace the monitor control unit,which searching I find out that is an actual issues on the Outlanders and it should be covered by Mitsubishi,but the service department didn’t mention anything,and the cameras still don’t workDidn’t fixed the problem and failed in informing me about the recallNot happy about the last serviceWhen it comes to sell you a vehicle they are full of knowledge and guide you well

I don’t know if he was knowledgeable and he was not asked any questions during my waitIf this would have been my first visit here I would have never come back. He was rude to a customer on the phone and then very short with me. Not sure if he was having a bad day but when you are dealing with customers we should be more politeService writer was abrupt
