I came in at my designated time. I said I had an appointment at 10:30. They had me out the door by 10 o’clock went on a trip up to Chicago and back again. Everything was perfect.

Quick service, honest recommendations to assist with my vehicles maintenance

They didn’t give me the wash and vacuum they did last time.Everything was fine besides the weird initial interactions and not getting the wash and vacuum I was expecting because I got it last time.I told them I wasn’t able to do the additional service they recommended that day but they didn’t offer to schedule me for in the future. Which is fine honestly cause I don’t know when that would be.They weren’t overtly rude but not super welcoming either when I first drop off. After that initial interaction, things are fine.The service staff isn’t overtly rude but they’re not exactly friendly and welcoming either. They’re cordial but curt. The waiting isn’t bad and the waiting room is comfortable, with snacks and drinks and a TV playing movies. The service itself is okay. Regular stuff. Sometimes they give my car a wash and vacuum but not always. I wish that was more consistent. Either way it’s a ton better than the Brandon Mitsubishi dealership, where I actually purchased my car.
