Due to interest rates increase I had to pay more monthly and longer term than I anticipated,Great customer service at Jenkis Mitisubishi, Salesperson Julian was very helpful and knowledge about the Outlander I purchased and was able to answer all my concerns regarding which car/suv suitable for me. Julian also helped transfer items from my trade to new purchase. Compliments to janitorial staff for maintaining reception and restroom areas. I Would recommend Jenkins Mitisubishi.

My salesman Julian was very helpful and was not pressuring a car sale at all. He made me feel comfortable when it came to running numbers and getting trade in information. Made me feel at home when it came to the car buying experience.

For a $472 job I felt they should have washed and vacuumed my car. This was the only thing I was displeased with.Keeping the customer up to date on the progress.Professional Servicemen. Straight forward in what need to be done.

I guess you misunderstood my rating. I was indeed satisfied but not perfectly satisfied. The only reason was (I guess I have been spoiled by past service experiences with Jenkins) and the vehicle wasn't vacuumed and immaculately cleaned on the outside. It wasn't bad but not as perfect as the last few times I had service done.Every time I come in for a particular service, additional services are recommended, even though the vehicle's manual doesn't mention the particular service at the current mileage.The service that I came in for was done quickly and the reps listened to my requests to their suggestions for additional service.

Ended up with brake caliper issues. Took 2 weeks to fix. NOT the fault of the service/dealership but just unexpected expense/timeI miss the complimentary car wash/vaccuumService Advisor Brett Murphy ALWAYS takes great care of me and my vehicle.
