My vehicle was returned with same problem that it was brought in withWhile I know the actual advisor was not responsible for the misdiagnosis it was the handling of the situation afterwards. His statement about it wasn’t his fault that a drink had been spilled in my car. It was not my fault that I was charged for my car to be diagnosed and paid for a repair. As a customer I have every right to be unsatisfied.While I know unexpected things can occur, I feel like the most appropriate way this situation could of been handled was to approach me prior to placing an unneeded part on my car and then coming to me saying that wasn’t going to fix the issue and I needed an additional part. Other than diagnosing it properly the first time. I have lost trust in this business.

Be nice to give a complimentary car wash and vacuum

Friendly service. However most dealers wash the vehicles after each service. Both times I have been it wasn’t done.
