Awesome experience at Jenkins Mitsubishi in Lakeland, FL!!! Second time we'vepurchased a Mitsubishi Mirage from them...once in 2020 and again in 2025! Our experience this year was just as easy as it was in 2020! Our salesperson this time was Jonathon, and he did an awesome job! He knew we drove from the other side of Florida to buy another Mitsubishi Mirage and got right down to business to make that happen. The finance department and others involved in our transaction did a great job too...serious about getting the sale/financing wrapped up as soon as they could since we had a long drive home. We will return again someday to purchase another vehicle from Jenkins Mitsubishi! :)Jonathon made the buying process easy! We drove from the East Coast of Florida knowing we wanted to purchase a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage. He got right down to business, got our info, we took a test drive in a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage Black Edition and loved it! The rest of the transaction was easy as well (trade-in, financing, etc.). We are returning customers...we bought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage SE in January of 2020. We were treated very well then too! So, we have nothing but great things to say about our salesman (Jonathon), the finance department and the Jenkins Mitsubishi dealership for treating us great two times...in 2020 and 2025! We'll return again someday! :)

Everything was great. The website did not appear to have all inventory available but it might have been confusing with the Nissan and mitsibishuLiza was Knowledgeable and the paperwork was very quick. When I picked up the car it was less than 15 minutes

Our sales person, Sierra was phenomenal! She answered all our questions, was patient, listened, offered to bring up a couple vehicles for us to look at, we never felt pressured, she didn't talk fast and confusing (like many sales people can do). We also appreciated the negotiation process - we felt it was very fair on both sides and we didn't feel swindled at all. The portion with the questions of adding on additional warrentees at the end did feel a little pushy (when we repeatedly said, "no thank you", the gentleman continued to ask "do you not see any value in them?" And we would respond that we do...just not for us, but after a few of those, they seemed to subside. All in all, a great experience!Smaller than I had expected and had a slight odor of cigarette smoke.
