If possible, different selections for cars. I felt I looked at the same car 20x just different colors. That of course is more of the Mitsubishi issue not really this exact dealership. Everyone was polite and smiling. Even the maintenance guys are helpful and upbeat. The coffee and food were great as well cause buying a car can be daunting. The music selection was awesome and diverse.The finance guy was great his voice carries loudly though when explaining peoples finances in the building. I felt like he was echoing almost. He just needs to speak softer when discussing the numbers and credit scores. He was polite and helpful though.Marcus was able to answer all my families questions and helped us purchase 2 cars in the matter of a month from one another.

My seat, radio, and ac were not as I left them, the usual wash was not done. But I did get out of the service earlier than I anticipatedThis was a much better experienceThere was a vehicle blocking the entrance and I waited several minutes for that vehicle to be checked in before I could enter the service areaThis service visit was done in a timely manner. The representative was professional, pleasant, and understood my need to stay within budget constraints.

see previous commentThe waiting area could use an upgrade.I think you all should do courtesy car washes when customers come in for service.Add in some healthier snack options, like apples, bananas, apple and orange juice.I like that you have snacks and beverages in your waiting room, but the temperature is always extremely cold. Additionally, there are a few chairs placed outside, but a nicer outside sitting area is warranted. Lastly, the wait times for service are a bit long. While I will admit that my last visit was the shortest amount of time I've ever waited. An hour is still a long time for an oil change. There was a customer in the waiting room prior to my arrival, and she was clearly upset about the length of time she'd been waiting for her vehicle.
