Parking area for customers can be improved, no signage and you are not sure where you can parkMr Cruz front desk service attendant provided excellent service and also brought to our attention a service the vehicle needed that we were not aware of.Service department employees are very knowledgeable and provided excellent service .

Cannot schedule

Just that I scheduled a tire rotation and an air filter change (mentioned that when I checked in and they asked what I was having done) and for some reason that didnt happenAs stated two things I scheduled for never happenedI did not look thoroughly at the performed services until later when I discovered that two of the things I scheduled service for did not happen. But what was I supposed to do at 5pm, tell them to take it back and fix what they missed so I could wait another 2 hours?

Facility is old and could be nice to have a better appearanceStaff is great. They do care about people and not just for selling cars.
