Service is excellent. Employees are great in person. However, emails are not always answered promptly, and phone calls to the service department don't always go through. When the option to leave a voice mail on the service line prompts you, it usually states "mailbox is full."Customer service was great

There was an issue with the brake light switch when they returned it the first time, but they fixed it for me and got me squared away. Only made it 4 out of 5 to call this out. It was great customer service even by the tech who checked the issue while he was off. Great service all around.You guys are great. Thanks for all you do.There was an issue with the brakes when I picked it up. The team fixed it for free and filled my tank up as well. Always top notch customer service here

Please, please, please turn down the air conditioning in your waiting room! The one complaint I have with your facility is it is way too cold sitting in the waiting room for your car service to be completed. I have to go outside and walk around to get warm. Thank You!Great customer service and staff is very friendly!
