From the general manager, Jose Dean through the sales department, and again the service department… my experiences have been nothing short of exceeding expectations.When I first purchased the vehicle a couple of years ago, I had no idea that the service department was going to be so very, very good. To that end, I highly recommend Jenkins Mitsubishi and specifically Austin has been terrific!

The sales representative I had in 2021 and now again in 2025 (Jose) was amazing. Most sales reps are pushy just trying to sale you a car. That's NOT how Jose is. He takes interest in what you really want. He asks questions to try and find out your likes and dislikes about a vehicle to match you up perfectly with what you want. He is DEFINITELY THE BEST sales representative I've ever met. I know without a doubt for all my future vehicles just like this one I will be going back to Lakeland Jenkins Mitsubishi for my purchase. 10 🌟I was satisfied with the online website but definitely wouldn't buy a car based on online info.I was so happy to get the same sales representative I had back in 2021 when both my son and I purchased our brand new vehicles. Jenkins Mitsubishi is the best dealership I've ever been to. Because of Jose being the best salesman back in 2021 I knew since it was time to upgrade I had to go back to the same dealership.
