There was an issue with the brake light switch when they returned it the first time, but they fixed it for me and got me squared away. Only made it 4 out of 5 to call this out. It was great customer service even by the tech who checked the issue while he was off. Great service all around.You guys are great. Thanks for all you do.There was an issue with the brakes when I picked it up. The team fixed it for free and filled my tank up as well. Always top notch customer service here

I always leave satisfied with the service and attention I receive every time I go to the Service department of Jenkins Mitsubishi. Please, please, please turn down the air conditioning in your waiting room! The one complaint I have with your facility is it is way too cold sitting in the waiting room for your car service to be completed. I have to go outside and walk around to get warm. Thank You!Great customer service and staff is very friendly!

Once again I got to compliment the whole team at mitsubishi there is a reason I chose jenkins mitsubishi the team is great and friendly offered me refreshments and once again I have to say Brett made the time fly by with checking in with me. Great work on his part.Brett his service was top notch checked on me when my car was In service kept me up to speed with everything I believe he is a valuable team member
