Additionally, there are a few chairs placed outside, but a nicer outside sitting area is warranted. Lastly, the wait times for service are a bit long. While I will admit that my last visit was the shortest amount of time I've ever waited. An hour is still a long time for an oil change. There was a customer in the waiting room prior to my arrival, and she was clearly upset about the length of time she'd been waiting for her vehicle.

The card they used on my car was left under my seat and the old window sticker and backing from new sticker were left in the cup holderI could not schedule onlineGood communicationThe service writer was polite which was much much better than my last visitWait time was reasonable

Overall it was a good experience however when you sign a paper saying about a gift card it leaves the the impression that I would get the gift card that night, I had thought it was in the envelope of all the paperwork I received and when I got home I checked and to my surprise it wasn’t there. Now I am hearing that it has to go for approval to accounting. I will be happy to make an update if this gift card does materialize.Please note this is no reflection on Julian as a salesperson I think he personally did a fantastic job.Julian Acosta was wonderful to work with. I am just awaiting the promised $250 gift card for taking possession that same day. Other than that I love the care and the people there were wonderful to do business with. Julian even gave me a ride to pick my Truck I left there in order to take possession of the vehicle that night. Thank you for a great experience Julian and I wish you all best with finishing college.
