I would love to have some feedback from someone at the corporate level as i plan on following up with your upper management and also plan on taking any other proper steps to rectify the issue and be made whole and recompensated including legal action if necessaryThe fact that the destination and handling fee of $1745 is shown as part of the sticker price but then they double charged it to me a second time on the back end. This is very disturbing.I was taken advantage of because I trusted that my numbers were done correctly and unfortunately was double charged the destination and handling fee of $1745. I am heartbroken over this and feel taken advantage of, especially being a loyal customer.

My service advisor was Brett Murphy. He was so very courteous when I brought my car in and when I took my car back home. Great service!Brought my 2024 Mirage in for an oil change. In 25 minutes I was back on the road. Incredible!
