Your service department is expedient and I feel that your costs are exorbitant. Your employees are very polite and efficient. I would say that almost every employee who walked by me, acknowledged me. I changed having my car being serviced at Subaru of Morgantown where I purchased it to Jenkins Subaru simply due to the fact that Bridgeport is closer for me to drive to from Sutton West Virginia.

Arrived for service on my 2024 OutbackTouring. Timely, friendly, explained what they would be doing. Customer service area is comfortable, pleasant atmosphere and offers snacks/drinks. No complaints.
