Typically I hate all interactions with dealerships. I won’t even let a dealership leave their sticker on the back of my car…until now. The staff at Jenkins Subaru is one of a kind. All of the sales staff was pleasantly helpful and considerate. I never once felt uncomfortable. At one point while I was waiting to meet with my salesperson I started talking to another client who was looking for a car with “longevity” for herself and her twenty year old grandson and I even found myself promoting Jenkins Subaru and that was before I decided to buy a vehicle from them. A few days later I returned to Jenkins and purchased my first Subaru and I have to say I was absolutely impressed with how personable, pleasant, intelligent, respectful, just overall terrific the staff was. April Starks started it, and I imagine if you know April you can understand how her personality and knowledge won me over, but then Michael C., Bre, Walter, Shannon, Kristen and Scottie also contributed to my overall delight with my car buying experience. When April walked me over to the service side so I could meet Walter Lewis the energy in the service department was HAPPY. Who knew a service dept could be happy?? Shannon gave me a cow for my new Subaru and said her husband makes them for her customers. I also noted that the snacks and soda machine provided for the customers were thoughtful and hospitable. I purchased the car a week ago and I am still smiling about the experience I had with Jenkins Subaru. I get to meet with Walter next week to go over a few more features of my car and I am actually looking forward to it. The other day my daughter commented on the Jenkins sticker on the back of my car and we both laughed because she knows I do not keep the stickers. I saw no point in advertising for any dealership until now. Now I am smiling and looking forward to any moment where I can encourage someone else to meet the staff at Jenkins Subaru.

It was my first service as a Subaru owner and the service was great.

Excellent service. Complete inspection and repaired tire pressure sensor that had caused warning light. They discovered the bill showed the technician had replaced more sensors than the faulty one and corrected it at checkout giving me free sensor replacement. Very honest people. Always get my service here.

Easy to schedule appointment online. They have a great check in system. My customer service rep was great. Estimated 1 hour, but done in 30 minutes. Easy and quick check out.
