Service was great as always, however this time, I told the tech that the low tire pressure light was on, said he would take care of it. Light was still on after service. Thought maybe it would take a bit to re-set. Stayed on a few days so I aired up the tires, they were all 10 lbs low. Light went off. The temps changed drastically just before service when the light came on.

While having our car there for routine service we asked them to check on our records as to when the tires were purchased and mounted so we could see if they needed rotated and they said that we didn't purchase tires there. I went home I found my ticket from when we purchased the tires back in November and they put the tire mounting on my daughters car who also purchased it from the same dealer. I called back and talked to the service Manager and he said he could not take the tire mountings and tires off of her account since it was closed and he could not put them on my account. I told him this makes absolutely no sense and for them to put a notation then in my account that we had the tires mounted and on the date stated on the invoice and then to put a note in my daughters account that she in fact did not have the tires that were listed there put on her vehicle. On the day of service for the tires and mounting I did not pay attention that my daughters name was on the top of my receipt I received I don't look at it I just put it in my file I only looked at the one I had to sign which had my name on it. There needs to be a better solution for them to not make errors like this otherwise the service there was fine
