When approached by a tech holding two very dirty air filters, I gave him permission to replace them. But he also said the Crosstrek needed an alignment, which would take another 30 minutes, which proved to be somewhat longer.

As soon as I pulled into the lot and got out of my vehicle the salesman Cory Williams asked if he could help me. I told him what model of Subaru that I was interested in looking at and he walked me down to look at them. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. After a few days had passed, I contacted him back and started the buying process with him. It was a very easy and quick process. I'm very pleased with the car and the dealership. Thanks Jerry Cremeans
