We took our vehicle in because the backup camera was not working and it starting working again. They said to bring it anyway. They checked everything out and said if we had a problem again, to call.

Routine service was done quickly with full explanation of what was done

I scheduled an appointment online for service.a The morning of appointment, I received another message confirming appointment. Arrived at dealership on time but was told I had no appointment. Since I had no other place to be, it didn't matter that I waited 90 minutes. However, I wonder if this has happened to someone that needed service done in a timely manner and had to wait or reschedule. The problem is easily solved as I will call for appointment in the future, but why offer online service if it doesn't work.

I made the appointment a few weeks earlier and they were prepared when I arrived. At the last minute I also requested an inspection which was also completed. The staff was cordial
