Even tho there was a 2 hour wait the customer service was pleasant

I was surprised that my car was finished 25 minutes before the time the head of the service department had given me. I like having the express service for oil changes and tire rotation.

It was pretty amazed at the amount of new cars Jenkins Subaru had on their lot. I believe I had a choice of four different colors of the Forrester Premium trim level. I was shown the Daybreak Blue Pearl color first and didn’t need to be shown any others, as it was a beautiful vehicle inside and out. The people I interacted with were all very nice and were very informative of that particular vehicle. I was given two moo moo cows to be able to Moo Moo Subaru another driver. I drove away very happy with the car, color, and performance of the vehicle.

Never have an issue with the Jenkins Service Department.

I explained to Corey the highest monthly payment I was willing to pay. Told him if that’s not possible let’s not waste each other’s time. He came back to me with a 2025 Subaru Onyx at the price I was willing to pay. Wife likes the 2025 model more than the 2026. Got the car we wanted for the right payment and Corey and Aaron in finance made the process easy. Nice work!

My Father has owned multiple Subarus, and April was his sales person. He raved about how great she is as a sales person and fair and knowledgeable. I went there to only see April and get the best deal possible. I will say I was not disappointed. She did EVERYTHING I asked of her with no complaints. The Sales Manager was amazing, making sure I got the top dollar price for my trade in and knocking for a few more dollars off my this one. The Finance Manager made everything sooooo simple for me to get through all the paperwork and explaining everything on it. I loved the ladies in the back that was so excited for me and gave me these amazing cow figurines that her husband made to put in my car. Over all I am soooo happy with my experience.
