Nice waiting area with amenities. Brought my Subaru in for 6,000 maintenance and they went ahead and checked out the moon roof for the recalled issue as well without me mentioning it.

I had the Best Buy experience from start to finish it was smooth, fast, friendly, and awesome!

The team was very friendly as always and quick to respond to questions.. However, the car still has an electrical issue that was not located during the visit and the reason for the visit. I' m hoping we are not left stranded on the highway again due to this issue.

Service was amazing

I was extremely pleased with my service and experience at Jenkins. We were able to come to a deal that worked for all parties involved. The lobby/waiting area is one of the nicest facilities I’ve ever visited. Some of these transactions can take a couple hours to bring everything to completion. Jenkins is fully stocked with snacks, a cooler drinks, coffee, and even fountain beverages to make your weight more comfortable. My only drawback is, it would be nice to be made aware that your weight may be a little longer than you anticipated. It would be nice to be given the option to leave and be to come back when it is time to finalize things. Overall, very pleased with the service, the staff, and the facility. I would definitely do business there again.
