My wife and I were passing through Bridgeport doing a 4 week roadtrip. Our Palisade was reaching milage requirements for a general service. We located the Jenkins dealership via internet, made appointment. Once there we were assigned a personal service representative. Our service representative was personal pleasant individual, professionally representing both our needs and his employers services. They had a waiting room near full of folks having their vehicles serviced for a full range of service needs. Their reps gave them the same professional attention as our rep did for us. The waiting room run through appeared to be well organized, and from my observance the guest needs appeared to be efficiently managed. Traffic in and out of the guest area was astonishingly smooth and appeared timely for each guest. Really great.

It was fast, easy, and pleasant. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is roomy and there are complimentary refreshments available. It was a pleasant experience.

The service department took us right in without an appointment and we were out within an hour. While we waited we went into the lounge area with our dog. Everyone made over her. We felt very welcome.
