Didn't like the idea that I was told one price , then when they called and said my car was ready and said another price , it was over 5 hundred dollars more , but when I went to get my car , the lady fixed it .

Jenkin’s has always given me the best discount and highest trade in. This 2026 Outback was no exception and my salesperson, April, went above and beyond to keep me as a customer. I would also recommend their service. It’s usually quick and always done right. Not to mention they have wonderful snacks while waiting 🤪

Only thing not happy about came in for oil change then got a TEXT need front brakes. Went to desk they explained I said ok next thing they came out and said car ready the gentleman repeated to me twice about not needing brakes why would they send text when I didn’t need it done!!

For a 73 year old I am really enjoying my experience with our new 2026 Ascent. There is a lot to learn, but I'm getting along very well so far.
