The gentlemen who checked me in went out of his way to offer a coupon for my service. I also had a concern that wasn’t pertaining to my scheduled service appointment and he (without hesitation) got equipment to check something and again, gave me peace of mind that my vehicle is it top condition. It was a great experience, as always!Upon arrival I am presented with the best customer service. You can tell everyone loves their job and are treated well because everyone is smiling and happy. I know my car is getting the best care and that gives me peace of mind.

I did call the first time and left a message, but did not recieve a return call. I had to call back againI feel that it is sad that my car is only 6 years old and there are parts that I need that they don't even make anymore. I also find it sad that some car problems can only be fixed by the dealer and there are only 3 Mitsubishi dealers in the state, so I have to drive over an hour to get my AC looked atThe salesman outside let me go in the wrong door. Then, when I made it, I was in there for several minutes, even with a mechanic coming in and out. Finally had to go to the garage door and yell in there, then the same mechanic that passed through there went and found somebody to check me inThe people were nice but it is an hour away from me
