I need a part fix on my car and they didn't try to fix it. And I have only had my car almost 2 years. I only have almost 24 thousand miles on it and they tell me I need 2 new tires already.I still don't think I should already need 2 new tires for a 23 outlander with only a little over 23 thousand miles on it.Because they have nice people who work there

I was out there in that area, at QT, I know I needed my oil changed and I was very displeased at the one off Vivion Rd where I bought my car at. The car salesman Carl was very nice, great customer service, but their service dept, there is one guy does not have it. While I was at QT right next door to you guys, I thought I would call and see if I could get in, and boy, I was soooooooooo surprise that the manager over there said they can take me right away. I hurried over there so quick. It was just a wonderful experience. I will be returning back to you guys. It is so hard to find good customer service these days.
