This was the second vehicle I purchased at Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi and I would recommend them to anyone I knew that was in the market for a new car. They really do go out of their way to make the customer happy.I received great service from Kenneth Annonye. He went above and beyond to see that I got the vehicle I wanted and a deal I was happy with.

I was out there in that area, at QT, I know I needed my oil changed and I was very displeased at the one off Vivion Rd where I bought my car at. The car salesman Carl was very nice, great customer service, but their service dept, there is one guy does not have it. While I was at QT right next door to you guys, I thought I would call and see if I could get in, and boy, I was soooooooooo surprise that the manager over there said they can take me right away. I hurried over there so quick. It was just a wonderful experience. I will be returning back to you guys. It is so hard to find good customer service these days. Thank you so much!Great customer service was provided, very detailed, so polite.

My vehicle was returned to me with the seat belt and check engine lights on!I called the service department to report this issue.They had me bring it back.They took care of the warning lights on the return visit.I told them i have been with this service center for 9 years and never had my vehicle retuned for bad service!Returned it to me with the 2 lights on (check engine & seat belt lights).Thanks for taking care of the issues when I took my vehicle back the 2nd time. I was happy!Returned to me with CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND SEAT BELT LIGHT ON!They took care of it after I called them and took it back.Taking It back cost me time and fuel unnecessarily!They always correct the problem I have with the service dept.
