It took about 2 weeks for a response to come or for maintenance to come out.

90% of the issues were resolved, and properly done, thanks. However, I suspect water may be leaking somewhere by the countertop. Also the countertop was not properly sealed during a previous maintenance fix for the Apt below. Hence, many insects come out from there at night.If a tenant is not home, I suggest maintenance communicates the nature of the issues for better understanding.

Hi, they did not finish the maintenance in the new apartment.The grille in the big room has a hole, and insects are using that area to enter the apartment. And it is not save for us and for the kids.850 21st Street NE, DC 20002.Apt #06.

Nobody ever came to fix my requests. My sink and bath has been clogged so I haven’t been able to shower at home. THIS IS SAD

Maintenance took over almost two weeks to address my request. Once I went to the office the issue was fixed in a timely manner. The office staff made sure to get my request fixed and followed up to verify the service was performed. Great communication for the office staff.

They didn't finish the maintenance I request past 3 weeks ,toilet handle is broken i use to flash the toilet and shower head is broken ,they didn't fix it

I have a company truck so office is not willing to give me a parking permit because the insurance is not under my name. It took me 30 or more minutes looking for a parking after a long day from work.
