I don’t want to share but the service I asked for was not done yet

As far as the maintenance person came to put my lights in in the kitchen and the hallway was excellent, but I am still waiting on my refrigerator to be fixed

1. Not hire fire replaced2. Slowly maintenance3. Not sanitary check for the begs and mouse.

I was not able to see the 2 bedroom apartment first. It is not what I expected.My front door is hard to open and close.

It took about 2 weeks for a response to come or for maintenance to come out.

90% of the issues were resolved, and properly done, thanks. However, I suspect water may be leaking somewhere by the countertop. Also the countertop was not properly sealed during a previous maintenance fix for the Apt below. Hence, many insects come out from there at night.If a tenant is not home, I suggest maintenance communicates the nature of the issues for better understanding.

Hi, they did not finish the maintenance in the new apartment.The grille in the big room has a hole, and insects are using that area to enter the apartment. And it is not save for us and for the kids.850 21st Street NE, DC 20002.Apt #06.
