When I address the management office about an issue; it’s usually address in a timely manner. The ladies who answer the phone are pleasant and helpful.

I'm not exactly sure yet, if the work order is complete as of yet. Watching and waiting for any continued rodent presence and/ or activity in the unit. It's very difficult to rate this survey due to pending concerns.

The maintenance person left the bathroom sink leaking since on Tuesday March 3rd, and promised to come fix it, but never came. Please I need this issue resolve as soon as possible, thanks.

Thank you coming so quickly. The radiators are warm now but, are not radiating enough heat to warm the apartment. I am using the stove to assist in heating the apartment. The radiators used to warm my apartment by themselves before. Very respectfully, Alan Lockett
