maintainance staff change pipe but the problem still remain the same. maintance personell told me the water will still run backup the same. sothe problem was not fixed at all. nothing was done to correct the problem.

If William ward did not call/Mrs Stewart would have made me wait to have a working stove she is not a very nice person when I report a problem with my unit she seams to create a hostile situation towards me and that's not right I really hope this survey can correct the way she handle your tenants at the jetu

The order was marked as complete and nobody ever came.. my sink is still leaking and causing mold, putting in another request today

As per the tech, the washer in the sink is too large for the hole that is why the water doesn't go down fast enough, he said if it keep happening he have to come and change the washer and the pipe. So actually the job was not completed.
