They don't have a car wash.I actually like servicing my PHEV rather than going to Toyota b/c of how great Jidd is. The problem is Mistubishi doesn't have a larger SUV for my family. Its not the dealer its the product lineup.I don't think they offered but they do email later after I leave but i prefer to do my own timeline.Service has been great so far.

My concerns were addressed during my service and I was provided updates throughout the process while my car was being servicedUpfront pricing, service completed within the timeframe that was projected and quick and easy

Sargon helped us understand all the necessary maintenance services needed for our Outlander Sport. I would give him 100/10 for his attention to details and customer service skills!Always great service

When I received my vehicle back! Everything inside and out was amazingly cleaned! Smelled wonderful! I am glad I came to Jidd Motors! Thank you to my advisor and the car wash! Great experience!The dealership was clean, my Advisor told me 1 hour for the oil change, 1 hour for the car wash and kept his word! I was out in 2 hours as promised. Check in was quick and easy. My Advisor was polite and friendly.

Scheduling experiences were fineN/aIt was okay. I am told when I first received service here they do a mini wash on the car before returning it back to customer but the washer was broken and then after the first visit it didn't happen and I assume it is not offered so I do not inquire about it.The check-out rep was going to charge me $84 when there was an early bird coupon. I requested it to be used and was told it could be used and it wasn't until I brought it to the rep. I had to inquire about the coupon during check-out which was not a big deal, but did leave me feeling a type a way. I think I was disappointed that even if I didnt know about the coupon, I was gonna be charged full price, which makes me questions other coupons that could have been available when I visited previously. And not being made aware of ways I can save is poor customer service to me.The service rep was okay. He seemed like he had some things going on, but it was not bad service.
