This is my second car I purchased with Jibb Mitsubishi if I wasn’t happy, I guarantee there wouldn’t have been a second car from the dealership in two years down the road hopefully getting another Mitsubishi if all goes well service was outstanding. I’d like to get in and out.. and that’s exactly what happened to me. I had an oil change and some updates on the car. I was out within the hour. Couldn’t be more happier..Always great service this is my second car I purchase with jibb Mitsubishi.Service is always outstanding. I’ve never had a problem.

There’s little to no communication on how long my car was going to take to be repair, I had to contact them to get information of what was going on.They did what it was promised with the repair of my vehicle.

The waiting area is stocked with snacks and water, very clean and comfortable.The service department is first rate. Friendly and very competent.

they give me the other branch address, then the staff in other branch give me the right now. i wasted time and gas for that one.left interior lights on and can’t be turn offthey left the lights on and can’t turn offnot Good at all. Last time they said the wireless charging not working and needs to be checked but when we’re at home we tried it is working, they want only to charge for checking even thou they already knew it.
