The Facilities were clean and the Person on customer service was knowledge (lesli) and helpful.

Service was great. Scheduling was easy and work well done. I would recommend one thing from sales perspective. During my stay (I was waiting for oil change) I was walking around facility just looking at cars. There were around 10 people there and nobody even ask me if maybe I would be interesting in buying new car. They were just sitting there and talking to each other. I was walking around between cars looking through the windows and trying to open some to check them out, but all cars were closed and nobody even asked me anything. I was surprised and amazed that none of the sellers were interested in a potential customer. Anyway, service people were great.
